General Information
We ship out 99% of orders placed online within two weeks of the time it is completed. Most orders are actually shipped within 72 hours. Being a small company, we do our best but it mostly depends on what items we have in stock. Some orders are printed after we've received them.
Note: Currently, all orders including items from the Occupation & PROUD Series will be shipped within 2 weeks of purchase. We print these items to order instead of stocking regularly.
If you need your order expedited for a time sensitive event, please contact us at the time of order to ensure item availability. Shipping surcharges may apply if expedited shipping services are needed to meet your deadline.
We ship all packages with USPS or UPS, depending on the destination and the weight of your package.
At the time of shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information.
