Store Policies

Cancellation Policy
Any orders placed on the website, over the phone, or over email, that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled with email or telephone notification.  Please request cancellation by emailing or calling 630-473-6589. Orders cancelled on time will be refunded in their entirety. 

Orders for custom items cannot be cancelled if the custom items have already been produced.  

Exchange Policy - One free exchange per order
Buyers who wish to exchange a purchase for a different size or color may do so if items are returned unaltered and with original manufacturer garment tags attached within 30 days of receiving the item.  Buyer is responsible for paying additional costs of items that are more expensive than original item purchased.  Buyer is responsible for paying return postage costs. There is no exchange fee for the first exchange of every order.  Please contact for international exchange fees.

Refund Policy
Refunds made for cancelled orders or eligible returns will be made in the same method that payment was made.  Payments made with credit or debit card directly on our secure webstore will be credited back to the card used for payment.  Partial refunds on credit cards cannot be made until after full payment settles.  

Payments made with PayPal will be refunded using PayPal's refund system and funds will be returned to the PayPal account or bank account or credit card on file with PayPal. 

Electronic checks will be refunded directly with an electronic remission.  Please allow 2-3 business days for refund to process. 

Checks will be made to refund buyers who use check or money order to make their payments.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for refund checks to arrive.  Checks will be sent payable to billing name and address on file. 

Return Policy
Buyers who wish to return items may do so if items are returned unaltered and with original tags attached within 30 days of receiving the item.  Full purchase amount of item with be provided. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded unless the return is due to the fault of 3E Love.

Shipping/Delivery Policy
Orders will be shipped to all verifiable addresses.  3E Love will not be responsible for un-deliverable packages.  It is the buyer's responsibility to handle delivery disputes with shipping carriers. 

All orders are shipped within 2 weeks of order being placed, but most are shipped within one week. Delivery guarantees made by 3E Love will be honored to the extent of our abilities.  We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers and inclement weather. Orders arriving after a guaranteed date due to the fault of 3E Love may be returned in full at no expense to buyer.
